Description
The iTechworld 2000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter
Converts 12V DC battery power into 240V AC mains power, so the gear you use at home works the same way in the caravan, the canopy or on site. 2000W continuous with 4000W peak covers a coffee machine, a toaster, an induction cooktop or a cordless tool charger.
Pure Sine Wave Output
Pure sine wave output matches the waveform of household mains, which is what laptops, CPAP machines, TVs and motor-driven appliances need to run properly. Cheaper modified sine wave units can introduce buzz, interference or reduced efficiency in sensitive gear. Total harmonic distortion sits under 3%.
2000W Continuous, 4000W Peak
2000W of continuous output with 4000W of peak headroom for appliances that draw hard on start-up, like fridge compressors, pumps and power tools. Conversion efficiency of 89–92% means less of your battery is lost as heat.
Load-Controlled Cooling Fan
The cooling fan is load-controlled, so it only spins up when the inverter senses a heavier load or rising internal temperature. Quieter at camp, and lower idle draw when you’re only running something small.
Built-In Battery Protections
Over-voltage protection at 15.5V, under-voltage protection at 10.5V and short-circuit protection are all built in, so the inverter shuts down before it pulls your battery bank too low or damages itself. Runs from LiFePO4, AGM, gel or standard lead-acid batteries.
Plug In or Hardwire
Run appliances straight from the Australian 240V 3-pin outlet, which is rated to 10A. For anything drawing more than that, hardwire through the terminal block into your 240V circuit — that’s how you get full output safely on a permanent caravan or canopy install.
Optional RC3 Remote Control
Mount the optional RC3 V2 remote somewhere you can actually see it and switch the inverter on and off without climbing into the battery box. Without the remote, status is read from the front panel LEDs.
Built for Australian Conditions
Vibration-resistant construction for corrugated tracks, IP22 rated, and an operating range of -10°C to 50°C. At full 2000W load it draws roughly 170A from a 12.8V lithium battery once conversion losses are allowed for, so size your battery bank and cabling to match.
Warranty
Covered by a 12-month statutory warranty from date of purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Support is handled here in Australia — speak to a Power Expert on 1300 483 249, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm AWST.
